DiDi Food for Android

Whenever I adjust the pin, it just zooms in 2 seconds after I haven't moved it. Then, sometimes I can't zoom out and move it cause it just keeps going back to the same spot. When I found my spot, it said "no location found" I put in my apartment details and still nothing. It couldn't even find my location when it had access to it.

There’s no customer support at all, I’ve tried calling multiple numbers and even the one they directly put on the app as their customer support number is incorrect, every time it connects me to a life support customer service representative, so not at all Didi. I had been using the app for awhile and it was alright, prices are high but that’s to be expected, but last few times no one delivers my order and I’m left waiting for a ghost courier with the wait time being 3+ hours. Worst part it also won’t let me cancel the order cause they charge a cancellation fee and you can’t call anyone for help, needless to say I’ll be changing to Uber eats, see if that’s any better…

dont order from this app they take forever yo deliver they have no customer service no one helps you there but if wasting money and eating cold food is your thing didi is for you

Descargue didi, y cuando iba a pedir algo aún no había iniciado sesión, le di al carrito y no funcionó, luego intenté iniciar sesión y tampoco me funcionó el botón. Mi dispositivo es un Android XR IOS 17.2.1 . Volví a instalar la app pero sigue sin funcionar :(

They don’t deliver your order, the delivery guy eats your food and they still charge you for everything, they are thief’s dont download because you will not get your money back.
