Ever sing the “bug” fix I have not been able to open the app

Service keeps getting worse. Can't receive calls from Tmobile. I'm just trying to get their internet service - pretty sure Google has them labeled as spam so their calls go to VM. I have like 30 vms from them but not one call has been able to come through. Awful

They make sure to hide the prices of everything several pages down. I was traveling internationally paying their simple plan. It advertises “affordable calling” I checked my destination which was advertised at $0.04 which is fairly affordable. A couple of days later I check my bill (since it doesn’t update in real time) to find out that actually that price was only if I had places my calls from a WiFi. I was hit with $.2 a minute. Absolutely misleading. Customer service wasn’t helpful either.

My son use Google Watch cellular because it is easy for him to just have Watch daily, our family 4 line plan to move to google fi, but the Google Watch cellular is not supported

The inability to access my account regardless of sim/account status has been the biggest lynch pin in my ability to recommend this service. -Billing services are not handled by app *BEWARE* -Customer support has always handled issues *EVENTUALLY* -Sim and App support is *NOT HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY* whatsoever. More times than can be counted using both my hands has an opportunity to share this service with someone whom would benefit from its use greatly been ham strung by Google Fi’s App.
