What happens when you get a new phone, you ask...

All of my previously set up accounts have disappeared. It wants me to scan something... what? What am I supposed to scan to get a code for my Amazon Prime, that I need to get into Amazon Prime to get a code to manually set up this Authenticator? I’m in a security loop with every program I depended on this program to authenticate my entry to. OMG! What a mess! Oh, and it wiped out both my phone & my iPad. I can’t get into anything, business or private 2 yrs later… same, again. It wants my google authenticator code for a google account. The only thing set up on the authenticator is Discord. What good does this do me trying to get into MY OWN email?
