What is this 971

I downloaded this waste of my time app and it asked me to put in my phone number but already have a locked in area code 971 which is not mine. I then try to put in my number and I tells me invalid number every time. I can’t get help or anything hung because it won’t let you do anything else unless you put in your phone number. I guess they have not figured out that everyone’s number does not begin in 971. UNDOWNLOAD!
