Seriously unimpressed

Can’t automate the power of the coffee machine? The connection is horribly inconsistent.

Must be blind

Does not work with a new Jura E8. E8 can connect to the network, but the app can’t find it, despite being on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Jura: do yourself a favor and publish the API. Any amateur iOS developer could write something better than this.

Impossible to connect

I don’t know what they mean when they say to connect to a Wlan2 network. Machine just won’t connect to my smartphone. The app icon although useless, looks great on my Android Ultra though.

App is terrible does not work

As countless others have stated, this app does not work. It cannot find my Jura Z10 on my home network even though I can see the machine on my network. Also the app looks like it was designed and developed by a high schooler. It’s disappointing to buy such an expensive machine and have a major feature not work.

Wont connect to Z10

Just got the new Z10 which i absolutely love. However i cannot get the JOE ap to connect to the machine even after the machine gets connected to my network(which took multiple attempts as well). I also have an eero mesh wifi which allows you to turn off the 5hz band which i did. Still unable to connect. Tried turning machine on and off, removing and replacing the wifi module. Still no success. Received a nice email from customer service with same instructions. I m running ios 16 on an Android 14 but also tried it with my Mobile running ios 15. No idea what else to do….
