I’m a big fan. But ordering delivery is so counter-intuitive and slow and doesn’t save the home address, that I have multiple times ordered pick up instead of delivery and just stopped trying. 3rd time already. Caviar and Postmates just work. This app is clunky for delivery. Very.

Store had a promo that said you get a free drink if you download the app. I did so and there was no code whatsoever. I asked the store for help and they had no idea how it worked and they told me to come back another time. Experience was far from seamless.

Unable to place an order because the app is suddenly saying my pin is incorrect and that’s not the case.

As someone who used to be a worker here. This is by far the worst app ever. Foods fantastic but doesn’t matter when it extremely hard to find your store, let alone actually ordering. Most confusing in store app payment, promotions not working, paid gift cards not working and soo much more. They put little effort into the app and have little to no intention to fixing it.

Ever since the update the app automatically switches to a pickup order anytime I try to order a delivery. I have found no way to work around this other than using the website but that’s so inconvenient. Using the combi card has also been giving me issues in the app, it keeps trying to charge me even though I have the loyalty card and the cart items are eligible for the card. Super frustrating.
