App is garbage and will waste all your time with stupid things like logging in. Since this scanner relies so heavily on a seriously flawed app, I had to throw the scanner in the trash. There was no way to reset anything since I wasn’t allowed to access my account or reset passwords, nothing. Buy something else with better reviews if you’re going to use an app with it. Or better yet, buy something with a cord and no apps needed. Don’t use this app/scanner combo. Look at these reviews, there are waayyy more 1 star reviews than any other. That’s as telling as it gets.
Was nice on my 2015 F150. Doesn’t work on anything newer than 2018. It should be stated in the description instead of having people pay for a make that isn’t included.
