أنا صاحب التعليق السابق وأعطيت الخدمة أربع نجوم والآن أعتذر للجميع وأقول النحشة من هالشركة وخدمتها لي أكثر من أسبوع انتظر الماء وأنا في داخل المدينة والشركة توزع في المحلات اللي على الشارع القريب مني ولا كأني عميل ودافع قيمة الماء عبر التطبيق ولاحظت في التحديث الجديد للتطبيق الغاء خانة الشكاوى وعدم وجود رقم تتواصل معه في قمة الاستخفاف بالعملاء وعدم احترامهم .
الى حيث ألقت رحالة أم قشعم ونشوف شركة ثانية لعل وعسى .
من يريد يجلس أكثر من أسبوع بدون ماء فليطلب من تانيا وليبشر بالحسرة والندامة .
