التطبيق بدائي مع ان الفكرة ممتازة

ملاحظات بسيطة تنقل التطبيق الى مستوى مختلف ١. اذا كنت مشتركاً، يجب ادخالي مباشرة الى صفحة اشتراكي وليس الى صفحة الاشتراكات الجديدة ٢. في صفحة الاشتراكات الحالية يتوجب ايصالي الى وجبتي القادمة وليس الى بداية الاشتراك، فاضطر ان ابحث عن وجبتي القادمة بالتاريخ حتى استطيع ادارتها او تقييمها او التواصل مع السائق… الخ ٣. في صفحة الاشتراكات الحالية، يجب اعطاء لون خافت للوجبات السابقة المنتهية لتمييزها عن الوجبات القادمة لا ان تكون كلها بنفس اللون ٤. صفحة التقييم بدائية جداً يجب تطويرها اذا كان الهدف منها فعلا مراقبة الجودة ٥. يجب اضافة رقم واتس آب للتواصل بدلا من التواصل من خلال التطبيق والذي يجب عليك ابقائه مفتوحاً بانتظار رد احد العملاء واختلاط المحادثات القديمة بالجديدة ٦.

Poor Customer Service

Subpar even to local standards, which are especially low anyway. Tried contacting them and was included in an internal email conversation which concluded with closing of a request that wasn’t address. A phone contact was provided but kept being rejected in each attempt. Seems like poor training, incompetence and lack of professionalism are their core values. One star seems too generous a rating for them…
