Had been enjoying being able to control the speaker with my Android but latest update seems to not be supported anymore with Mack or thump. Won’t recognize that I am already connected Bluetooth and says can’t find speaker.

Crashing or disconnecting all the time!! Help!

Music continues to play but the Thump app continues to crash on my Mobile and my Android! Please help me !crashing happens constantly! Speakers sound great but this can’t happen! Contact me please. ASAP Also there needs to be an upgrade to fade the balance between the left and right speaker’s! I don’t understand why that wasn’t add to the app design? Please fix these issues and I will be glad to change my review because I do love the speakers!

STAY AWAY iPhone X users

The THUMP15BST Are JUNK. No audio connection from the same table no linking to the other speaker, cuts in and out. Brand new out of the box and you can bet they are going bat with a very harsh review on all of our media platforms and social media. 1,000$ is a lot to pay for absolute garbage with absolutely no power at all. They are JUNK. You will be refunding my money. What an absolute Joke.. I will be leaving reviews everywhere including Guitar Center and Amazon and Musicians Friend and in Every DJ club we belong to. I bought your Name. Now it is mud.
