Terrible app

App had to have been built by people who have no idea what they’re doing. I went to map view and apparently I’m not in a “heb” but you zoom in (app uses Google maps) and it says heb on it. Useless app, second heb it doesnt recognize. This apps been out years, they dont care about people. Its 2022 and they still dont have Google pay

App lacks function

To effectively use, I have to have 3 apps open on my Android - AnyList, H-E-B, and this one, H-E-B Go. AnyList is my shopping list. I use H-E-B to find some items eg which aisle. Then I use H-E-B Go to scan. Seems like it could easily all be on one app. Also I found the print function did not work at least once, printing only what was on the screen, not the entire list. Great idea and when bugs are worked out, should be a big help, especially when the store is very busy.

I really like the H-E-B’s GO check out. It’s really convenient when checking out. Expeditious. Just wish that H-E-B would have this feature in every store.

Ok - but could be better

Sam’s app based scanning is superior; no lagging, no issues with items marked down and no need to still checkout at a kiosk or line all of which have to be supported by a real person. Have to download additional app (H‑E‑B Go) vs using the H‑E‑B app we already had; cannot process marked down items. Overall we liked it, but we’re hoping it continues to improve.
