Annoying and aggravating- waste of my time
I love pluckers, but this app crashes on every sign in. That’s a shame, because it seems to happen for a lot of members with Android. It’s been months and one update since I have been able to earn points. I’LL BE USING BUFFALO WILD WINGS UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED IN A PATCH. Emphasis added because Pluckers does not seem to invest in the app. Also, PLEASE allow for another way to earn and redeem points. The app being the only way is not a wise move. Buffalo Wild Wings has several ways to make it work. That’s a better customer experience.
App keeps crashing when I try to login. Please fix
Does not allow you to sign up for the membership in app. I filled out all of the information 3 times and each time after submitting it closes out the app and doesn’t go through. Waste of time.
Please add the use gift card balance option on the order online checkout! Also why don’t you allow gratuity to be added when paying with gift card balance? Not cool for your own employees…
