AirMini for Android

The AirMini is a great machine but this App’s inability to provide a compliance report similar to the one provided by it’s sister App, MyAir, is unacceptable. Phillips Respironics’ DreamMapper App supports two devices at once. Why can’t Resmed beat Phillips at it’s game and do the same for the AirSense and AirMini using one App?

No help Resmed. They said to update the app which hasn't been updated in more than a year. Then they say there is a 3g to 5G conversion but the AirMini transmit via Bluetooth. Worse customer service in the planet. The app indicates the machine was not used but of course it was. It either no longer records or cannot transmit but no one will take responsibility to diagnose.

This is one of the worst and most frustrating apps around. It is very difficult to set up. Then, it constantly disconnects meaning you have to go through the set up process again. I will never get another ResMed product. I wish I could give this negative stars. Get something other than this device.

Same as everyone else except I never was able to get it connected even once. Rebooted phone, unplugged device several times. It just never connects. I only got it for travel and have another brand for at home and also get some sleep data from Fitbit. Disappointed I can’t use the software.

Love the actual device however bluetooth connection to app is awful. I have to delete app and reinstall everytime the connection is lost to download new data to the app. It should not be so difficult and unreliable connecting to phone app thru blue tooth
