Can’t get help from resumed or my provider Lincare connecting my machine to the app or an explanation why.
It told me I took my mask off 11 times last night I did not take my mask off at all
I really enjoy my machine.
I have an AirCurve 10, description says its supposed to work with the AirCurve but the app says it is only compatible with the AirSense 10 & 11. They make me register an account and then tell me that its not compatible with my machine. Now i just wand these morons to delete my account or make it work with my machine. Fix it and change your process to show what its compatible with BEFORE you make me give you my PII.
Probably would be a decent app if the equipment ever uploaded information to the app. Re-linked to my equipment multiple times; full cell bars on the resmed unit…..nothing.
