Customer support nonexistent

First off they should have no stars. I have sent several emails about the app for Google TV not working. I have been waiting for a response since May 17th and nothing. And all there other apps do not work. I had to get refunds frim Google. They just take your money and when upgrades to Google products happen, and the app breaks - they already have your money and have no incentive to fix the app, because you cannot get anyone. You cannot locate a proper telephone number for the company. If you do it does not work. Your are forced to email and no one responds.

Wouldn’t discover my WD MyCloud hangs and never returns. Why not allow the user to supply the IP address? Dumb.

Couldn't get to work

Doesn't seem to work on my Android w M1 chip. Runs but could never get id & pw to work. easier to use wd native app wish I had my money back.....don't buy this
