Bad app to pay for anything for your bmw

I paid for something and it didn’t change nothing

No connection

Does not connect to my vehicle, I purchased an adapter on their list and paid for the app and have followed the directions exactly still to not be able to connect. I would like a refund. I emailed the support and never received a response. I will be contacting my state’s attorney general.
