I’ve been using the premium version of this app every day or so for the last few months to track habits and goals, especially since I’m under going diagnosis for ADHD. It’s nice to see the streaks and monitor my consistency - And the app gets the job done. But today, I had to write an email to the support team because every. single. time. I open the app, I get an ad for their “bundle”. Why am I getting targeted to buy their apps when I already paid for one of their apps?! It doesn’t make sense!! It’s not encouraging customer loyalty!! It’s not keeping in mind user experience!! It’s taking advantage of a customers willingness to pay for something with trust that they will be getting what they paid for!! This app is not special. I don’t need it. The marketing and app development teams need to remember that in order to sell more premium subscriptions, the product and experience need to live up to what it is marketed as! I feel like this is fundamental!
This is a great app and it give you 3 free slots to put reminders, habits you want to quit/build, etc. And if you want more there is a subscription that give u unlimited slots that you can buy that is EXTREMELY cheap! And this app is just overall one of the best apps I’ve gotten I definitely recommend.
You can now enter the app but I don’t know if anyone would want to. They advertise as a free app but it’s one of those scams where you have to pay for a membership to unlock the full experience. It’s especially bad with this app because you can only set 3 habits before you need to pay. I do not recommend this app. There are so many better free options. This app is not very original there are hundreds of others just like it.
The app doesn’t do what it says it does. There’s no visual indication of progress made on goals. The numbers don’t update as you track and the only way you can any activity see is if you fully open the goal. The support widget doesn’t work in app, it never allows you to push the send button and I’ve not received any response from support via direct email outreach to let me know even that my request was received.
So initially they say $59 a year. But set up the app, create one goal, and suddenly you're saving 8o% and the fee drops to 9.99 a year. Seriously? That's lame. See other reviews where people are totally PO'd that they got scammed.
