Uber Eats for Android

This will be the last time I use Uber Eats, thanks to Ruchika. My food, while "arriving ahead of time" was cold in the center and unsafe to eat. It was meat, and clearly meat needs to be cooked to a certain temperature for safety. My support agent tossed an "oh we're sorry" comment my way and refused the refund. In a restaurant, this would never fly, and it should not in any setting. We were unable to have a meal. Terrible support agent. Poorly trained.

App does connect you to drivers and there is no live costumer service, for the size of the company and their fees you should get what you pay for. They blame the small business and driver, the solution is to negatively rate the restaurant and driver but they are not at fault on how the app/system works. If you want to pay high rates for a tracking system on your food, use Uber Eats otherwise use local or small delivery companies.

Be very careful with this company evidently if you have to many refunds and they screw up on your order and you don’t receive it YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!!! Yes you read that right. Instead of blaming the driver who took the food to the wrong address I didn’t get reimbursed I paid 21.86 for food I didn’t receive because I had to many REFUNDS. So I am having to dispute it just to get my money back for something I didn’t receive. Will never use again.

Please lower! I had to use all $15 in my account for a dollar menu order at McDonald’s!

Tell me I got a 35$ promotion the. Once I put in order app tells me I am not eligible????? Wow thanks that’s pretty messed up it finally did work tonite but I had to go pick it up to get it to work thanks a lot
