Park Smarter for Android

So glitchy, Parking sessions aren’t saving. Tells me zones aren’t valid when I’m standing next to the sign typing it in exactly as shown.

Couldn’t scan meter QR code to pay, code was invalid. Tried paying by typing in ID and also selecting the same meter on the map, but weak gps incorrectly showed me on across the street. Apparently that’s too far to pay — even though I was standing at the meter.

The sign up screen was so poorly formatted I couldn’t see everything on the screen. The confirm button was always disabled so I finally gave up. I was just lucky I didn’t get a ticket.

The app double booked the parking spot and so it took a days worth of parking and I was not able to use the space at all for the entire 12 hours. $15 it took from me on top of having to pay for a second space to park in. The app doesn’t take care of these issues and refers you to the city park I g agency but has no contact info for them. Furthermore, I contacted the department after taking photos of the vehicle in the spot and the liscence plate for proof in an attempt to get my money back and haven’t been able to get through on the city’s website. 0/10, would not recommend.

First time using the app. Parking zone number 30-3900W in San Diego registered as invalid. Typed in the number myself and used the QR code and app could not locate the zone. I use ParkMobile in NorCal and never ran into this problem before.
