Needs work

This app is user friendly, but does not have everything it needs to be successful or functional. Supposed to update in real time and it only shows activities and pictures for the day prior. This is not very comforting when I want to know how well my child ate or slept the same day. I hope it can be fixed ASAP

It is hard to believe that they are using it.

This app is so primitive and it lacks of some basic functionalities. It is hard to believe that a large corporation like bright horizon that charges for a premiums is using something that was made for 1992 in 2022. Please hire a proper software company to do the job.

Very buggy and doesn’t refresh

App often crashes and has a lot of bugs here and there that make it difficult to use. The biggest problem is that it often doesn’t refresh to the current day, making it impossible to fill out the Covid questionnaire and see updates.

Worst. App. Ever.

Seriously. Worst ever. They get away with it because we’re all forced to use it. It’s disgraceful. It’s never running correctly. Today’s issue is the Daily Report is stuck on a day from last week, 6 days ago. I have no idea what my child is doing today. Changed the settings after the last “upgrade” to receive zero emails. Guess what? I still get at least eight emails a day. I suppose today that’s an ok thing, since the daily report isn’t working, but normally it just clogs up my inbox. The Memories section hasn’t worked right in months. Where are the Daily Reports in the memories? Who knows. Sometimes they’re there, sometimes they’re not. WORST APP EVER.

It technically works

The only timely notifications I receive are for the Covid questionnaire. I cannot view a current daily report until the end of the day. Apparently this is a well known issue and frequent complaint from parents.
