RaceTrac for Android

On your apps page in the App Store you say “We're always looking for ways to make your life simpler and more enjoyable!” That’s a lie, because if it were true, then you wouldn’t have removed the ability for me to add my loyalty card into my Google Wallet. It used to be a simple double press of a button on my Google Watch. Now I have to take my phone out of my pocket, open the RaceTrac app, navigate to where the barcode is….at that point I’m already sighing, every time!

I only use it to see fuel prices and redeem points to use for food or candy, never had any issues with it.

received a gift card for racetrac and decided to try the discount app ( and possibly switching from my usual station. shell).After entering all of my data, I try to log into the app and it tells me the apps been updated I have to reset my password. when I go to reset my password I never receive an email. when i call the number listed I get a recording that they are only open Monday through Friday. what company does not do business on the weekends. I will be BOYCOTTING RaceTrac and suggest everyone else does too. Maybe this will be the motivation for them to fix their app and stop cheating the public.

This app keeps getting worse. My daily free coffee coupon isn’t there and the “Friday Freebie” is apparently only available for the first 5,000 members. I’ve started getting my gas at Wawa after years of being loyal to RaceTrac and getting all my family members enrolled in their rewards program. This isn’t worth the aggravation AND the gas is cheaper at Wawa anyway. Plus their coffee is vastly superior.

I tried to access the app but it keeps saying unable to open. I had more than 380 points last year. Today it shows 0 for everything! Where are my points? My profile and everything shows blank. I tried deleting and reloading the app. Nothing changed. So disappointed.
