Looks cool but not so usable with Wi-Fi. Good usb support!

I bought one and realistically is so slow pictures and music are the only things you can transfer between Android and this device. If your screen go to standby it was his network connection and cancel the transfer process. The media player couldn’t even play the sample videos! What about? Please update the Android app! I don’t know is the android version of the app has the same problems.

Abandoned app

This app wasn’t perfect but it used to work. Now Sandisk has abandoned the product and the software doesn’t look like it will be updated to work with current iOS software. This means it’s less function than when I bought it because now it won’t stream movies which is the reason I bought it. I tried using their help website and it was clear by their first response that they didn’t even read my email. The second response was, 🤷🏼, because they aren’t pursing this product. They suggested reformatting and putting on the new driver. It didn’t work.

Problems with app

The back button does not with with Mobile Pro 3rd generation. The audio files play, but the video plays audio only. No video. At all. Please update to fix the problems.
