You download the software then they tell you it only works with their overpriced adapter and its like $80.

I bought the adapter to do a service rest on my 2012 A4 and with the VAG version it failed. I was told by their support they were working on a fix but it’s been awhile now and I’m considering sending it back

I have sent multiple app sessions and emails with the same concern. I have not received a clear answer on when the development of the inspection due or electronic brake operations will be completed and available. Customizes are nice to have but I was told the operation would work but I am still with no solution and I have the full version.

No longer works. Previous version worked, barely and with little features, and still fails to detect known failures I had in car. This current version now, rendered useless as it would not even connect to car. So sad. What's happening with you guys. Your apps and your adapter is hardly cheap. It's fiendishly expensive with these repeated failures. So far this is my third purchase. Overall Apps for Toyota and Mercedes works fine. But Carly simply can't get their act together with most of the VAG range. I had issues with the Merc version once, but that was sorted quick enough. But shockingly they can't quite get their heads around the VAG version. I've had the trial version tested out first before, and that worked fine with my ELMs adapter. Later I decided to buy their proprietary adapter, inorder to release more features, and that's when all the crap started happening.

I previously purchased the full app and was anxious to use it since I finally got the Carly VAG Pro. I connected and made a few changes to the coding. Then I decided to do the update and I lost my purchase history. No it is asking me to purchase something I have already purchased before. Not happy at all.
