I got a response from support on how to cancel a subscription since you can’t do it through the app, you have to go through your settings app if you have an Android and click your name and then subscriptions. I’m not completely useless with technology and this process was not intuitive for me and a bit frustrating but otherwise it’s a good app

Can No Longer Log in

I liked this app and have a 1 year subscription, but it crashed and now states that I’m not in the data base. My subscription is active. No support either. Very frustrating with two lessons to go before “graduation”...

Audio stopped working

More of a complaint. Ran out of options it seems since the audio stopped working about 2 weeks ago (just with the app, everything else in the phone is fine) and I’ve reported it twice through the app and no one has followed up. Nothing in the settings seem to help, so it’s pretty certain it’s a bug. Uninstalling/reinstalling didn’t solve. How can I get in touch with someone that will take responsibility or refund me?
