Should have more options

I love the device but the app is just horrible. It supports movie files but not efficiently. Crashes sometimes while watching videos. Subtitle is not supported. No camera function. No select all photos options. Music organization can be improved. You seem like a big company and the device is well made but i cant use it daily because of the terrible app.
