If I can rate zero star for this app, I’ll make it. I booked a transfer bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur departing on Aug 04, 2019. After I completed my booking, they sent back a voucher with detail itinerary which seriously quoted that I must redeem this voucher for tickets from the ticket counter at pick up location which located in Lavender MRT station, exit B, in front of McDonald 30 minutes prior departure time. Otherwise, I might be refused to get on the bus. The bus wouldn’t wait for lateness. When I arrived at the pick up location, I couldn’t find the ticket counter. I asked people around the station, they knew nothing about counter. Then I called hotline of Easy Book in Vietnam, original country of this booking, the staff knew nothing about the location of the counter. So I called hotline of Easy Book in Singapore for support, the other side of the line just kept ringing. I dialed so many times, finally someone picked up the phone then hung up without saying a word. So I searched the hotline number of the bus company and made a phone call, no one picked up the phone also. At that time, I was so worry about I might miss the bus or this bus line might be a fraud service. Finally, I ran to a hotel reception near there to ask whether their guests had similar issues and solution. They told me come to McDonald’s staffs for information, they might know the case since the pick up location there. After all, when I ask the staff of McDonald, they told me just wait for the bus at the bus station out there, no need to redeem voucher for ticket and the bus would come, just need to show booking number to the driver. After going rushing around and around for tickets redemption, I finally got in the bus. What a poor after sales of Easy Booking! They just do only one thing to connect the transportation company and the passenger and charge your service fee then do nothing to support the issues may arise. Be considered and prepare your back up plan when book through this app.
