You may also select a "top speed" which will cause the administrator to receive an email should the phone exceed a selected “top speed.” The TextLimit app provides the ability to geo-locate the enrolled phone on a map anytime there is a GPS signal and an Internet connection. The user must agree to allow the app to utilize the location of the device. Since the app uses the internal GPS, the user may see some decreased battery life between charges. TextLimit will work anywhere in the world where there is a GPS signal and the user has an Internet connection.
