Ok so here is it , I’m getting so upset by the system u guys build , yeah I know it’s hard time for all of us in such a hard time of COVID , but why u guys trying to make an illusionary wall of problems just to earn on people , I’m spending my last money to come back home , and what do I get from u r service ??? U got an app , where I should be able to change my flight or refund right , but when I try to do so , managing my booking , button doesn’t work “contact customer service” so u just put it there to piss people off ??? How should I refund or change my flight if it’s impossible with your chatting bot , are u doing that on purpose to make people be tired of trying get their money back huh ? As I understand , under EU regulations EC261/2004 you guys are doing illegal things by providing service and refusing to do refund , I’m gonna spend my extra time to get u in trouble
They’re the customer support is very bad, they don't even respond to refund when the plane ticket is canceled from the airline, the flight is canceled they also don't update the customer, don't use this scam app 👎🏼👎🏼
Be careful with a dark pattern. This app will automatically charge you $59.9 for subscription without asking your permission. It was a bad experience and felt like I was cheated. The payment was made without invoice as well. Never use this app again.
It cheat the user to buy prime which take 60$. I couldn’t cancel or ask for refund. I also didn’t get the Google bill. Update: I still rate it 1 star because I didn’t see the cancel method at Google Billing or Subscription section (the other apps have). I also couldn’t find the cancel button in the app, it didn’t allow me to login. They charged me 59.99$ this Monday from my credit card and the important thing is: I DIDN’T RECEIVED THE Google BILL. It is cheating, don’t download this app, you will lost your money.
