Poor experience

My Cloud Home need to improve these problem: 1. Speed of connecting and uploading the file to My Cloud Home storage. It's very poor and usually getting internet connection error, even my laptop and other devices are connecting internet normally. 2. People can not download a whole folder. Imagine: you have folder A, in which you have some files and another folder B. If you want to download whole folder A, you cannot choose folder A and download it. Instead, you have to go into folder B and download all single file in this folder B firstly. Then, you go back to download the rest files in folder A. It's more terrible if in the folder B also get some others folders inside. That will take you lots of time to download per file. So dumb!
