Recover Athletics app is my second best app of 2022 (the first is a productivity app). Wish I know it sooner. Recover Athletics app solves my issue in 3 ways: First, it solves my Confusion & Paradox of Choice: we have post run recovery, warm up, ankle and foot, drills, upper, prehab and advanced prehab. A perfect balance between variety and simplicity. I choose my routine (ranging from 5-20 mins), there is a timer and real person animated demonstration (easy to follow) and just do it. It is simple as that. Second, it solves my Soreness: I both love and hate running because when I run too much, I am unable to sleep properly due to my restless and sooo sore leg. I follow the simple 15-min stretching routine and can instantly feel relieved! Third, it solves my need for Customization: I tend to feel sore at my shin and calf muscle but not other areas. The app allows me to pinpoint where my issue is base on my body part, and create a customized routine for me. I love that. This is the best recovery app on the market you can find. Try it. P.s. Novice runner x couch potato, running 5 mile/week, 25-45 mins/workout. I run on barefoot or minimalistic shoes. Just run because it helps me maintain my vitality. I hope my review helps you.
