On 03/19/2022 I booked 1 ticket from Gotogate for a trip from STL to SGN and round trip SGN to STL. You can check it with booking number 2GXXGX and order number LJAMD4 of Singapore Airlines. But on April 19, 2022, Gotogate sent a mail saying that they canceled my flight, and since then I have called and emailed many times to them when will I receive my flight. My refund, Gotogate said that Singapore Airlines refused to refund me. I was not the one to cancel the ticket and the airline canceled the ticket so I hope the money is immediately transferred back to my bank!
I have booked Thai airways through gotogate but due to covid 19 the flight has been canceled. Although I have written many times asking for full refund, gotogate did not respond and 5 months have passed, but they still did not refund me. I will never book tickets through gotogate. Bad service
I got a full refund for the flights from HCMC to Tel Aviv due to an unforeseen event of Corona virus. Even it took time to hold the line but I understood that all the lines were busy at the moment.
