Usable but takes forever to load

The app has all necessary information and functions I need (to manage my booking, search for deals and the likes) but the UI is lacking compared with other airlines’ apps (such as Vietnam Airlines - travelled with it in my last trip). It couldve been neater and more responsive - it takes me minutes to load a new page and navigation is inconvenient because one you tap on the back arrow on the top left corner, it takes you several pages back - this is incredibly frustrating when youre comparing prices and time bc then you’d have to repeat a set of actions several times before getting what you need. So, theres still room for improvement ^^
