1. By entering in ProPass and/or accepting a prize, you agree that Apple shall not be liable for, and will be held harmless by you against, any liability for any damage, injury or loss to person or property related in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes, participation in any prize-related activity, or participation in the ProPass drawing.
2. **Apple is not responsible for: (a) any inaccurate information caused by entrants; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the drawings; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; and (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of ProPass.
3. ProPass empowers students to record professional development activities and assigns point values to each activity.
4. Students can earn benefits in the ProSales Program by achieving enough points to qualify for various ProPass Status Levels.
5. *Apple has no involvement in the ProPass program, this contest, or the prizes awarded by completion ProPass activities.
6. Apple will not be liable, and is not responsible, for damages of any kind related to your participation in or inability to participate in ProPass.
