I LOVE THIS APP! (Just has a bug)

I was so grateful to find this app thanks to a shared post on Facebook. It really helps to explain what’s happening & calm me down, makes me feel less alone! Understood and ready to heal. Only problem is every Time I close the app and then later go to open it, my account is continually being deleted, so I have to sign up again every time. During an attack is when this has been the worst, only because not being able to type properly during an Attack makes it very stressful and difficult to get in an use the areas I need. If there was a way to keep my account, this would be amazing! I haven’t used the app during an attack yet cause it’s been too stressful to get in and it peaks my anxiety when it’s deleted my account again with my personalised messages. Please don’t misunderstand, I am so incredibly grateful for this app, just has a bug in the coding I believe.
