We booked a car transfer from Patong to Phuket Airport, KKday confirmed but local agent didn’t send anything to me and then when the pickup time, we didn’t see any car. Contact to Kkday, they answered the local agent couldn’t arrange a car because we didn’t book 4 hours in advance!! WTF??? They confirmed and didn’t send me a warning or message about it, then they blamed on us. I had to book a grab car to the airport instead. I swear I never use Kkday service anymore. Terrible service, terrible experience.
