1. Currently there is no free trial period offered to myPets users as the app is fully functional for up to 2 pets without a subscription.
2. - You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period - eg: if you take out a monthly subscription & then cancel it after a few days, the subscription will remain active until the original expiry, then it will be canceled.
3. myPets will keep track of upcoming appointments & health events (like vaccinations, groomer visits, etc...) & if you need a reminder, myPets will alert you with a notification - even if the app isn't running.
4. - Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. More pets can be added by taking out a monthly, six monthly or yearly subscription.
6. There is also a "Manage Subscription" link on the subscriptions screen in myPets.
