Can’t change my tickets

Lost my money

I am a foreign tourist in Chicago and bought a ticket to a Cubs game. The problem is I am not able to follow all the steps to get the ticket, therefore lost my money! Unbelieveble!!! First I was not able to download mlb ballpark app in Google store because my phone wasn’t bought in USA. Second, was also not able to register in mlb.com When I call Vivid to explain the situation, and ask if they could send me the tickets by email, they couldn’t. Not usefull for foreign tourists

BAD INTENCIONED

O bought tickets for my whole family and got the tickets for a different day. When got in contact, they simply say they can do nothing even with the email with the right date. I am going back home completely frustrated
