THE RULES You can swipe any tile up, down, left, or right to combine it with an adjacent tile as long as the total of the two tiles is 100% or less. For example: the 60% tile can be moved to 20% tile or vice-versa, but the 60% tile can not be moved to 50% tile because the total exceeds 100%. Each newly created 100% Tile is locked into that position and you can no longer move it so choose which tiles you move wisely. A new tile will appear in the place where you move the old time from.
