It is built as Universal App for Android and Mobile and is tested against the Current Versions of OTRS (3.2.8 and upwards). Features: * Built for Performance (the app tries to minimize and parallelize queries to the server to be fast) * Universal App - Mobile and Android * Customizable - Select Queue Groups you want to see * Autorefresh * Ticket Search (Requires patched Android Handle) * Attachment Support - Reading of Attachments on tickets (Requires patched Android Handle) * Create Tickets, Close Tickets, Move to other Queue, Reply with email to Ticket, Add Notes/Articles to Tickets * Use OTRS Ticket Reply Templates * Sending Push Messages to the IOS Device on new Tickets, Assigned Tickets or Follow Up Tickets from Customer (In-App Purchase) - Only OTRS 3.3.x and above * Open with TicketID e.g. iotrs://open/ticketid/122 (Has to be TIcketID, not TicketNumber) This app requires to have the OTRS Android Handle extension installed. It will work with the Standard OTRS Android Handle, but for some advanced Features (Ticket Search, Attachement Support-Reading), it is nessaccery to install a additional OTRS Module - see my support Site.
