A great way to give students a concept of these time frames is to have them perform simulations of these tasks for the recommended amounts of time. The two-part game Healthy Me does exactly that. It is a fun, interactive way for kids to get a sense of how long 30 seconds and two minutes are so that they have a better understanding of how much time they need to spend washing their hands and brushing their teeth..
