To use the debit card is always a problem

Not user friendly

On the Hala top up menu, you can't select the top up option, you are not able to scroll down after you enter your number... it is really annoying. For the others types of top up it does not happen.

I can’t top up using the app!! It never works with any credit card!! It is very inconvenient that I always have to carry top up cards wherever I go or else I’m stuck overseas when no balance!!
