I've bought the pro upgrade in the app, my credit card was charged, I've received the invoice from Google, but the app still asks for a purchase when I try to zoom in or out the free version limit. I tried the option to restore previous purchases several times and it doesn't work either. Google's support tells me that I must solve this with the app developer but there's no option to contact the developer in the website. I'd like to receive the upgrade instead of asking for a refund. I'm hoping that the developer reads this and try to fix the problem in the next days or I will have to ask for a refund again my will because the app is amazing.
This application is amazing. Great experience showing to my children how little we are compared to the universe and the particles we are composed. I've been used this app for last 2 years, but only today saw the entire video in BBC. Great illustrative job and cg effects!
