I have a pay and go SIM card, i have money to buy more internet and I’m trying for more than 2 weeks, and always receive a error message.
I’m Called to guest support over 6 times and they were useless, I have sent more than 30 messages on chat, explaining the error and asking for help ( sent print screen ) and they always come back informing that my ticket was solved and ask me again what was the error.
I give up and will move to other company that respect the customer!
