The innovative feature of this application is that you can actually learn the correct pronunciation of the Chinese words! Each phrase is displayed in English, Chinese characters and the phonetic pronunciation (hanyu pinyin) of the Chinese characters. Foreign speakers can click the 'Record' button to say the Chinese phrase. The algorithm compares the user’s pronunciation to the correct pronunciation and scores your response on a scale of 0 to 100.
