"Awakening practices" and "Yoga Express": short practices to awaken the body and prepare the mind for any time of the day. "Yin yoga": series of gentle practices that go through the 5 elements. "Pilates 10": challenge of ten progressive Pilates sessions. "The journey of meditation": to learn to meditate, step by step, from scratch. "The Breathing Journey": guided program that will take you on a journey through the universe of breathing with a pack of very practical resources. "Relaxation": contains a series of guided dynamic relaxations that promote your rest. "The Study Classroom": A program designed for your evolution, which includes contents such as the "Asana Laboratory", "The Essentials" and the "Seeds", spiritual stories, with a practical guide for reflection, aimed at your personal development. And some surprises that we won't reveal to you. LEVELS: Classes range from beginner to intermediate levels, although I recommend hatha yoga classes for people who are familiar with physical activity.
