While studying at Georgia Southern University where I received my Bachelor of Science & Kinesiology degree in Exercise Science, it has given me many hands-on experiences with Inclusive, Individualized, Group Fitness, and Personal Training. With ACSM certifications in Exercise Physiology and Personal Training, I have the proper knowledge and tools to helping you balance all the components of fitness into your workout to help you reach the full potential in all your exercises.
