The Stepping Stones Puzzle The Stepping Stones Puzzle is a simple, yet surprisingly deep and enjoyable game of numbers and topology for a single player. The objective is simple: Place a given series of ordered, red stones onto an infinite chessboard. There are only two rules: 1. Each new stone must be equal in value to the sum of its neighbors. 2.
