Impressive how long it takes to fill out and how easily it crashes or doesn’t accept the inputs because of character restrictions. Until now it is the worst covid entry registration process I’ve had to fill. Glad I did my thing and I can now delete this app from my phone. We travel inside the European Union with a digital COVID EU pass, only transiting through Spain and still have to go through this. Congratulations to whoever managed to get paid for this artwork that’s more useless than a clear crayon.

I need to create 5 forms for the same family members and with the same destination. It would be good to insert the corresponding addresses only once and have them available for the 5 different forms. In the current version I need to insert the same addresses 5 times.

After spending half hour filling up all the details and correcting them, because most do not accept more then 20 characters (like name, address, etc), it simply does not work, stating that cannot be created and to try later. For such an important travel document necessary to travel, and considering the current circumstances, is simply worthless. Hope that the developers read this a correct the errors. This is an official government mandatory form on a app!!!

It’s not working. You loose a lot of time filling half of it and then, it crashes. Waste of time
