SEARCH FOR FLIGHT SCHEDULES This feature enables users to view scheduled flights online and proceed for bookings. Search for Daily Schedule, Weekly Schedule and Flight Operation Status by selecting the Origin and Destination Airports. 4. MY CARGO - A PERSONALIZED DASHBOARD EXPERIENCE FOR USER My Cargo provides the personalized and customized contents associated with a logged in user for better agent engagement and customer experience. In order to fetch new updates, user can use the refresh button. 5. OPERATIONS This feature enables the users to have the customs clearance status result for US bound shipments, EU (European Union) bound shipments, lists down the AWBs which are boarded and offloaded from flights and view the quantity/weight of cargo that has been accepted into the departure terminal for a particular MAWB. Along with accessing the cargo specific functions, users can view different menu items which helps them to understand the details of the different products, various services offered, different terms and associated policies, customer support, cargo business related information etc..
