The best meditation app!

I’ve been using Balance for 7 months and it turned out to be my favourite apps of all time! I love how it’s personalised to the user, making it feel more personal. And there is also a lot of variety of content, feeding all the needs that one might have! Keep up the good work :)

How to meditate

I always shied away from meditation and I realize now it was because i didn’t really understand why i was doing it or doing that way. But balance, so far, has been very cool. In 3 minutes sessions makes everything very clear and enjoyable to practice meditation 😊
